Finished off the refresh of my panhead, ready to get back on the streets.

Start of the Mechanical style brake pedal for the Born Free Panhead.

This will be adapted to actuate a master cylinder that will be hung behind the trans with a rod underneath the transmission.

Had the opportunity to put another bike together for one my my best friends Mark Kirkland. Mark does all my media work for myself and my shop, so im stoked to do some work for him.

Mark picked up this 78 and hardtailed it and collected all the parts then brought it in to me to get the bike completelty assembled and make some fresh stainless exhaust for it.

This exhaust is all stainless, including a squish pipe section all made in house. Mark already had some other good stainless from a previous bike including foot pegs and shifter and the sissy bar is one off my last versions of my shovelhead. Great style and lines on this bike and will be able to take a good beating.

Finished some new fabrication and repair on a set of knucklehead pipes for Gary Royal.

Modified the original tips and extended them 13”, repaired the lower pipe elbow and added pinch tabs to the mufflers for mounting. Prepped and metal finished to be dipped in the sauce.

Complete my part on some work for Derek and his really tidy Panhead.

Custom set up side by side pipes, notched to fit and some fading rib and flare tips to tie into the fender.

Also mounted the coil, key switch and some other misc items.

The man himself and his wicked 93” pan shovel all finished up and ripping!

In the mad rush to finish the bike before the show i did not take any photos during final assembly. Lucky i have some very talented friends in different mediums of photography who took some great photos. The last two photos feature invited builder Jake Hindes- Prism Motorcycles insane panhead build and Jake himself.

Finished paint for my Peoples Champ 5 build. The color is a custom color that i mixed from an old Triumph color originally tweaking it to have more of a peachy pink color palette.

I wanted the exhaust to flow with the lines of the frame and keep the frame rails uninterrupted in view so that nothing is hidden. routed the front exhaust pipe in between the floorboard stanchion and brake arm to keep it as tight as possible so that its not wasted space with the single downtube. 

I have been dreading adding the fifth trans mount which normally mounts from the frame to the transmission and ruin the nice look of the transmission almost floating in the frame rails. So i came up with this way of adding the fifth mount to the transmission mounting plate so it has the mount it needs but keeps the flow of the frame.

Took a stock kicker arm and welding 1/4" rod around and blended out the welds. Forgot to take a picture before the blending. Loving the way this looks.

Very happy with how all the parts are coming together on this build so far. The list of parts to make is getting shorter.

Been excited to get to this part of the build to make this idea happen for my headlight. I love the look of bullet lights tucked in between the springs so i took two of them and welded them together to give them a new look.

Really happy with the outcome.

Metal seat pan with the foam all shaped up for the shovelhead. swooped the back foam on the seat to match up with the swoop on my fender.Should look nice wrapped in leather aganst the paint.

Top engine mount all finished out ready for chrome.

Working on getting things finished before moving onto the next details. Added some rings to the lower mounts on the sissybar to give it some more shape. Basic concept was to match the circle details on the axle plates so its all consistent. Still need to metal finish but all smoothed out for now. 

Received my front end from Jasin Phares of Phares cycle Parts who hand makes these insane springer. He also makes a big twin style narrow springer as well.

These are incredibly well made and im real stoked to have one for this build.

Still needs some welding done and will get lots of mounts and tabs added to the frame once i start mocking up parts but is 98% complete.

Very happy with the flow of this frame and excited to start mock up.
