This is a lead time product and are made to order, please allow 1-2 weeks for me to make your hardtail kit.
*PICTURES SHOW LOOSE FITMENT THAT SHOULD BE EXPECTED IF YOUR FRAME IS STRAIGHT PRIOR TO FINAL FIT-UP BEFORE WELDING.
EVERY FRAME IS DIFFERENT SO YOU MAY NEED TO FINE TUNE THE FIT TO YOUR EXACT FRAME FOR BEST INSTALLATION.

Kit included the following:
-(2) top rails
-(2) bottom rails
-(1) seat crossover tube
-(2) stamped plate transmission crossmembers
-(2) 3/8-24 threaded transmission risers
-(2) transmission riser supports (optional)
-(2) stepped joining slugs for bottom rails
THIS KIT DOES NOT INCLUDE AXLE PLATES.
Everything i make in house so not including axle plates allows me to be able to make kits to order anytime with minimal lead times instead of having to hold stock.

-All tubes bent from 1” .120 Dom tubing and have been designed to fit panhead and shovelhead swing arm frames, and can also be used to convert your early softail frame to rigid with some extra work around the seatpost yoke.
These are not copies of earlier panhead rigid frame tubes but my own specification to give the look you want but best fit to a swing arm frame when converting to rigid. I went the extra mile to design my own dies to press flat transmission mounts similar to factory instead of an ugly round tube cross bar.
You can also request some modifications if building a custom frame:
-Extended transmission stand offs for raise transmissions (Maximum 1”)
-Modified top rails when doing a raised neck “upstretched frame”
-Additional width between axle plates for disk brakes (1/4”)
